American jazz guitar great Pat Metheny presents a new album consisting entirely of solo guitar with no overdubs, in the vein of previous releases One Quiet Night (2003) and What’s It All About (2011). Having experimented with a custom nylon string baritone guitar while on tour in 2023, Metheny records a combination of originals and pop and jazz standards on MoonDial.
